 பாஜவுக்கு எதிரான கூட்டணியின் பெயர் ‘இந்தியா’!  11 பேர் கொண்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பு குழு அமைப்பு! வரும் மக்களவை தேர்தலில் பா.ஜ.க தலைமையிலான தேசிய ஜனநாயக கூட்டணிக்கு போட்டியாக 26 எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் ஒன்றிணைந்து இந்தியா' என்ற புதிய கூட்டணியை உருவாக்கி உள்ளன.* மேலும் 11 பேர் கொண்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பு குழுவும் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தேசிய அளவில் பாரதிய ஜனதா கட்சிக்கு எதிராக பலமான கூட்டணி உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தில் பீகார் மாநில முதல்வர் நிதிஷ்குமார் முயற்சி மேற்கொண்டார். இதை தொடர்ந்து கடந்த மாதம் பீகார் மாநில தலைநகர் பாட்னாவில் எதிர்க்கட்சி தலைவர்கள் பங்கேற்ற முதல் ஆலோசனை கூட்டம் நடந்தது. அதில் காங்கிரஸ், திமுக, திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரஸ், ஆம்ஆத்மி, சிவசேனா உள்பட 15க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கட்சிகளின் தலைவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.* அந்த கூட்டத்தின் வெற்றியை தொடர்ந்து இரண்டாவது ஆலோசனை கூட்டம் பெங்களூருவில் 2 நாட்கள் நடந்தன. பெங்களூரு ரேஸ் கோர்ஸ் சாலையில் உள்ள தாஜ் வெஸ்டன்ட் நட்சத்திர ஓட்டலில் எதிர்க்கட்சி தலைவர்கள் பங்கேற்ற கூட்டம் நேற்று முன்தினம் தொடங்கியது.* இதில் காங்கிரஸ் தேசிய தலைவர் மல்லிகார்ஜுன கார்கே, க...

  Back Tamil Nadu tops  NITI Aayog's Export Preparedness Index 2022 Tamil Nadu has pipped Maharashtra and Gujarat to emerge as the top state in the Niti Aayog’s Export Preparedness Index 2022 which assesses the readiness of the states in terms of their export potential and performance. The index released on Monday showed that Tamil Nadu with an overall score of 80.89 topped the third edition of rankings while Maharashtra with a score of 78.20 was second while Karnataka (76.36) was third. Gujarat with a score of 73.22 was fourth, followed by Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal and Kerala in that order in the ranking of coastal states, according to the government think tank’s report released on Monday.  Among hilly/Himalayan states, Uttarakhand (59.13) has ranked at the top position. It is followed by Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram in that order. Haryana (63.65) topped the chart among the landlocked regions...

எவ்வளவு இனிப்பான செய்தி தெரியுமா?  கலைஞர் நூலகத்தில் போட்டித் தேர்வர்களுக்கு தனித்தளம்; முப்பதாயிரம் நூல்கள் ஆர்.பாலகிருஷ்ணன் IAS ( ஓய்வு) மதுரையில் இன்று மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதல்வர் திறந்து வைத்த கலைஞர் நினைவு நூலகத்தின் நான்காவது தளத்தில் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் மாணாக்கர்கள்,  இளைஞர்களுக்கு பயன்படும் வகையில் ஏறத்தாழ 30000 நூல்களுடன் கூடிய ஒரு தனிப்பகுதி அமைந்துள்ளது என்ற தகவல் அறிந்து பெருமகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்தேன். அது 1983 ஆம் ஆண்டு. மதுரையில் தினமணி நாளிதழில் உதவி ஆசிரியராகப் பணியாற்றிக்கொண்டே குடிமைப் பணிக்குத்  தயாராகி வந்தேன்.  மதுரையில் நத்தம் சாலைக்கு செல்லும் வழியில் மதுரை காமராசர் பல்கலைக்கழத்தின் நகர் நூலகச் சிறுவளாகம். எனது பணிச்சூழலில் அந்த நூலகம் மட்டுமே எனக்கு போக வர வசதியாக இருந்தது. அப்போது நத்தத்தில் இருந்து மதுரைக்கு தினமும் பயணித்து மூன்று ஷிப்டுகளில் மாறி மாறி பணியாற்றினேன். இதில் ஷிப்டை பொறுத்து வாரத்தில் ஓரிரு நாட்கள் நூலகம் செல்லமுடியும்.‌ நான் தமிழ் வழியில் தேர்வு எழுத முடிவுசெய்து  அதற்காகத் தயாராகி வந்தேன். அறிவியல், பொது அற...
